For the price we paid - around 500 pesos a night - we couldn’t ask for more. Air conditioner works and Wi-Fi works too. Shower head needs to be cleaned and scrubbed. There’s ways to get the water flowing without spending any money on a new shower head. Little fixes can be done to improve. It’s noisy, families wake up early and you can hear everything, but for us it was ok.
We spent 10 days here, as we wanted to be between the Mercado and the Playas. Firstly, the pool is fantastic. Sun is on it for most of the day, but there is lots of room to spread out with many deck chairs, beds, hammocks, and a huge palapa. Plug-ins are all over, so it is easy to keep your electronics charged. Andres runs the bar in the afternoon...try his margaritas! The rooms can be noisy in the front, as it's on highway 200. But I asked for a change, and they were quick to accommodate. The cafe is open 7 -1 most days, except Tuesdays. Thanks to Sylvia at the front desk for all her help, as well.
Helpful and friendly staff. Large rooms. Lovely pool. We spent a week here and were looked after very well. Highly reccomend this hotel.
Good hotel but no place to dry clothes/towels and no good wifi in rooms
Very hot but couldn’t be helped. There were not many places available and the price here was great. The location is ideal for exploring what PE has to offer. At night it was noisy until around 10pm. A hidden gem that needs a little fixing. I have. A feeling we will return.
This is a really nice hotel with friendly staff! Located 15 mins walking to the beach. Good breakfast food and everything is so chill.

Two weeks ago, I went to this hotel and my experience was great and comfortable.The room was a little disappointing because it was small and there weren’t windows. The hotel staff was polite and they had a great attitude. Also, the pool area was amazing because it was big and relaxing. However, I didn’t like that they had the restaurant service until 01:00 pm but the food was delicious and great. In general, the hotel is amazing, I would definitely go back.
